how do you get a gig at vw shows?

hi does anyone know how i go about getting a gig for my band at some dub shows this year? has any of you lot ever played at one? and which ones do live music go down well at? we are a 26-35year old 4 peice and play charlatans, stone roses, dove inspired original tunes. dont really do covers (i dont know if that goes against us). i cant think of a better way of spending a weekend than playing tunes and checking out dubs. any ideas welcome

i`m on the committee for our very first show called alive n vdubbin in june this year in suffolk ....a whole weekend of fun to be had ...got a couple of bands lined up but i think sat nite slot may be free fella ....will keep ya informed :wink:

Oh and by the way caldicot dubs at the castle is by far the best show on the circuit....family fun and vw dubs...proper family show with kids entertainment everywhere... 8)
