hub nut headache!!!

I trying to release the hub nut to change the handbrake cables, managed to do one with a bit of heat and a cheater bar but cant't for the life of me do the second!!
It's been sprayed up and I've heated it up but it won't budge an inch.

Can anyone help??

Maybe just cut it off - carefully and just replace it with a new one?
If you cut perpendicular to the threads it will probably release before you hit the hub - or atleast with a whack it will pop off when nearly in two pieces
