I wanna see your wood rimmed steering wheels please...

OK guys thinking of having a nice wood rimmed steering wheel for Doris.

Now I'm 6'5" so I'm thinking about a dished version.But I know (by searching) that 'Loxy' has used an adapter to raise his. so that is always an option.

I've found one I like for £190.56 inc boss and 35mm spacer (which I assume raises the wheel by 35mm?) + p+p from fiftysix deluxe.

Here is mine. Im 6'6 and have no problem with the steering wheel...although I do have skinny legs I didnt use a spacer and have higher seats
I bought the wheel from ebay about 18 months ago.

I'm not as tall you as you, but wanted a dished wheel but couldn't find one in a big enough diameter so went for the 56delux wheel with a spacer and I am very happy with it!

yep, have to say it is quality, the boss is beautifully engraved.

that looks like a Merc wheel, thats a lot of stainless
