seem's like a nice old guy who's selling it as well, i emailed him to say how much i liked his van and that if i did'nt have my bay i would definately be tempted, he emailed back and said he's getting to old to have fun now :( . must be hart breaking to have to let something go that you've had for year,s because your getting old. he's only the second owner from new so must have had it age's. i think the van's a real little gem. to be honest if i had the money i'd prob have that as well as my bay.

That is superb. Never seen one so well preserved. Price is currently absurdly low - I hope for the sake of the seller it goes up since I think its worth a great deal more.

It must indeed be a wrench for him to sell after such a long time. Makes me feel uncomfortable since it feels like I am looking at my future. [shudder smiley]

I take it that none of you have ever driven a Commer van! BLOODY HELL!
I used to drive one years ago delivering car spares around north London....scary to say the least! lol
(Nice old van tho! :D )

I know exactly where this is. I've seen it so many times and often wondered about asking wether its for sale.
Great period camper with loads of character!!!

Mmm, would want one with a V8 though

I saw a slammed commer van driving along the seafront at last years Brighton Breeze. It looked very cool.

This is kinda appealing 8)

I've always had a bit of a soft spot for Commers. I recall their rather distinctive exhaust note, and remember the days when you saw them everywhere!
