import logbook?

Just got my logbook through for the 70 deluxe i baught a few weeks back.The vin,colour,age,cc and make are correct.the bits that are wrong are 1. Body type=light 4x4 utility(obviously not). 2.seat no=3 when at the mo there are 7. my new bus was imported from the states in march and im the 2nd owner.when i left on my journey home(when i baught it)i left all the paperwork behind n cant get hold of the previous owner.if i tell the DVLA that the logbook is incorrect is there any chance my van could end up a Qplate? or should i just tell em the obvious mistakes and expect them just to change their mistakes? i saw the paperwork for my buswhen i picked it up and has been registerd as a uk vehicle properly. as long as the vin and reg are correct, the other bits are quite minor, shouldnt be a problem to get changed

agree with sr as long as chassis number is correct then sorted
