Just found out that Peter Best my insurer for the last five years has cancelled my insurance because Ecclesiastical have pulled out of the motor insurance game.
Any recommendations for classic car insurance out there would be greatly appreciated

I am with RH insurance - they do European recovery as part of their policy

Try one of the site sponsors - Cherished for a quote

If you need commuting you might need to try Adrian Flux

Give those a whirl :D

I'm with Adrian Flux as they're probably the only insurer who will insure me.
Cherished - you need to be over 30
RH - Over 25
FJ - Over 25

Bit ridiculous to be honest.

i'm with carole nash @ £130.

peter james gave me a good quote online ... the same price for two vehicles.

Carol Nash for me they halved my previous quotes
Plus a free hoodie and full AA cover

Well impressed

Gone with Carole Nash this time.

Wanted a valuation for the agreed value so got one from VWHeritage. Paid the money, about £280, and now they want another valuation from someone else and will only give market value in the meantime which is a bit scary as the bus is worth about £40k!

Clem has kindly agreed to give me a valuation but the situation is rather annoying as CN should have told me their requirements before I parted with my cash!
