Interior lighting .............. Choices ?

Hi
After fitting mains hook-up I am left with a spare fuseway,I will be using this to supply the interior lights so in your opinion what's best to go for ?
Some small domestic lamps, some 12v lamps( using some kind of transformer ) or some sort of LED set-up; ideas on this much appreciated.... Cheers !

I'd wire in some LED arrays. There are plenty about these days, in all sorts of colours and designs and because they are LED, they are low draw from the battery.

LED strip bars and lights, try ikea for cheap kits. These can work off the mains or you can modify for 12v operation.
I got the RGB strips in mine so I can adjust the mood light colour

I used some LED strip lighting out of Maplin. Comes with three strips and can be expanded up to 6 strips if needed. It has a remote control so you can change the colour, make them flash etc.. as needed.

For those of you that are handy with a soldering iron, check out the controllers from Big Clive. These will drive any number of RGB lighting strips and give some awesome effects.
