Is there a part for this?

The rhs hinge for tailgate suddenly fell out of the van's body .. What i thought was a bit of rust bubbles obviously ate away around the hinge area. Is there a repair part for this section at all or do I just find a welder that can patch up? ideally I prefer to source the bits as u save on silly cost / dosgy welders and try to find quality metal or pieces.

71/72 crossover if that makes any difference?
