Is this a good offset wheel combo

I've never entirely understood offsets, but is a set of 5.5 15inch wheels with an ET of +21 a good combo for a mildly lowered EB (2.5 drop @ front, one spline @ rear)
 
Yeah that's not too bad . Not as good as stock but way better than some aftermarkets rims. Which make/model are they?

It means the centre of the rim is 21mm in from the mounting face of the hub :)
 
Thats what i thought, but had seen ETs like this where folk have said its good, 21mm seems quite a bit though??? I have dropped spindles and the track is already increased.... Think it's about 20mm. Not sure that's a great look together, but not bothered about fitting a narrowed bean
