Jalousie seals

This evening as i've got a broken lovred glass section i decided to have a go at trying to fit a new seal and glass. What a mistake, are there any tips for getting the glass with the new seal attached into the frame? because it's not going in!! :evil: I can feel the need for a tube of silcone coming on. :msn4:

i dont know about silcon mate,but they are a bugger to fit
