jalousie window refurb kits..where to buy??

Has anybody tried refurbing their westy jalousie windows?
If so, where can I buy the stuff from?
Ive heard they are a massive pain in the arse to fit. Any advice?

got all my kit from c and c......just take them all apart and replace like for like.....will hurt ya hands but not difficult :mrgreen:
