lares 209 coupler

Hello all,
Spotted this steering coupler on The Samba. It looks from the web site full of the twine/thread which is great.
However when reading some of the comments it turns out when it arrived, it did not live up to what was pictured.
Just wondering if anyone has one, ordered one or if they know where to get one in the UK?

Only available from the US, I think.
I bought one from Rock Auto a couple of years ago (must find which box I put it in) for about £25 delivered. It turned up within a week.

I fitted one a while back (group buy on LB) it’s a massive improvement over the poor so-called OEM replacements.

Not needed on vans with Litesteer though, as 1 or 2 found out.

I ordered one but am in the Litesteer camp, so not needed. Cost me £35 incl shipping and VAT, happy to let go for £20 if you want it
