ive tried various ways of inputting my m-plate info onto vw-mplate site but nothing seems to fit, what am i doing wrong? or am i just driving something made in Outer Mongolia!

I dont have an M-Plate fella , mine is a CKD one put together in Portugal ,

Apparantly made with thinner gauge steel

Funny this subject should come up actually.... I went trotting out to the garage last week with my laptop in hand to decode the m-plate... Same problem, the layout of my plate doesn't fit the decoder....

I'll post a pic later/over the weekend and perhaps you guys can tell me what's what!!!

yes post a pic, they will be able to help, ive just sorted mine with the help of a guy on here via pm. :D

I can't find an M-plate on my bus, or at least it's not where it should be!
All I know is that she was imported into the UK from Sweden, how can I find out more?

im sure someone with knowledge will come along shortly to enlighten you but my plate is behind the nearside front seat, riveted to the bulkhead.
