Master cylinder to brake pedal

Right then people going away from servo to a non servo master cylinder mounted here, shown with servo fitted.

Will now mount this

Meaning this shaft is now a lot shorter and different...

Screws into servo

So my question is how do I join the pedal with master cylinder? There is now thread in the master cylinder just a blind hole...is there anything available as standard?

yes, you have a thin rod that's half threaded for adjustment and half smooth with a ball end to go in the master cylinder. i might be able to take a picture tomorrow if i can find it.
