Missing M-Plate but need bus details

Unfortunately my M-plate is missing, the rivet tails are there but no plate.
I am having the bus repainted over the winter and would like to find the original paint colours/codes.
Any ideas how I can find this out?

Get the chassis number and apply for a birth certificate direct from Volkswagen UK (Milton Keynes). UUsed to be cheaper to get it straight from Germant but all the same now

The should be able ot supply details of any bus as its straight from Germany.

Only thing i would say they wouldnt have is for Knock Down ones, where they are shipped as parts to other countries to be built up on arrival as opposed to shipped whole

You can always email olkswagen and ask i guess
