After failing in March, lots of welding middle underside, new front beam and a fair few other bits, its ready for a retest.

Thanks to DanDaz for his instructions on how to change the beam. Spot on instructions. Wasnt a scary job to do, quite enjoyed it, would do another one. :D
Wish Archie luck and fingers crossed.

Good positive vibes coming your way from me for tomorrow :) (How much do you hate that phrase 'Excessive Corrosion' ............?)

The MOT man he say

Come back tomorrow.
When driving there the brakes were pulling to the left.
Van hasnt been used sice late FEB due to fitting new beam and some welding.
Went the long way home via the country lanes and worked the brakes hard.
Jacked up the van and found that the O/S outer piston was sticking. Freed it up and will be off for the MOT tomorrow.
Well pi**ed off.
Was hoping to get it all sorted today so that i can start the refit this weekend.

ar*e! Hopefully it does'nt sound as if you have much to sort...fingers crossed - again!

Took van to garage, they put it on the rolling road and found out i had warped discs on the front.
Rears were good.

They were good and said take it away and sort it out . No charge.
