All I did dude was get some 10mm steel bar and drilled 2x13mm holes and a 6mm hole. Two for the seat belt itself and the loop at the top. One for the blot at the bottom.
I also put a slight bend in it to stop it fouling the window.
I welded a nut on the back at the top for the loop to screw to.
It's mounted through the original seat belt mount and the 6mm bolt is just a bit more strength for it.
There are a few sharp edges on those photos but I've since rounded them off and painted it nice, that was just while I was trying it out.

All sounds quite simple, now, are those 2 holes holding the bar on,, are they there already, or do you just drill any hole, and use a fat washer behind?
