Well I'm learning lots about engines I never knew before!!
Chasing lots of leads & dead ends.
But I'm lucky to have some Stirling chaps on the case with me!!!
It's difficult to find ALL the correct parts, but I've found some, but,

What parts do you still need bud

I apparently need,

A crankshaft.
Camshaft.
Pistons.
& at least 1 head.

Along with new big end shells, seals etc too.

All for a GD code 2000cc type 4 motor.

Although Richie @ dubwerks has offered to rebuild & sell me a 1700 or an 1800 motor he has there, which might be easier than finding said bits n bobs???

But I do have feelers out still for above mentioned stuff.

In short , still no idea what Im best to buy/do????????

Was hoping to get up to your way this weekend but I'm working now.
My Ma has hinted that she might be able to come get the seats, would that be alright?

Seats are a bit dusty noo like George, I should a wrapped them back up n put em back upstairs!!!!

Look what I got!!

A rebuilt 1700, with new shells n gaskets n stuff!!.,!! 8)

& a mech fuel pump, no push rod tho
Can't be too hard to find??

& look what else I found,
