I cleaned one window & frosted it, as it's the one that goes by the wardrobe.

I then put the seals on the westy windows, then Sean n myself spent a couple of hours attempting to fit 1 window, then we gave up n went home!!

Pretty much a wasted day!!!!

Lately, I've done the anti roll bar bushes & refitted the bar, which I painted red for some reason :?

So then I spent a couple of hours stripping & cleaning the engine.

So I've not just been being lazy!!!!!!!!!!
Honest!!!!!!!

Good luck fitting the Westy window, mine was difficult enough and I already had the holes in place for the screws, I wouldn't have fancied trying to hold it in place and drill the holes  prob easier turn the van on its side and standing on them

Definately easier with soneone to give it a bit pressure. As for drilling. I measured then drilled. Went a bit overboard with how many screws but thought better having too many. Worked great and pulled it in nicely

BIG THANKS to Jordan from my local Vee W club, flat4dubs, for popping through today to help me, nice bit of club spirit!!!!!!

Pics from the last week or so,

Then I decided to clean the rust off of the old brake discs, belt sander worked a treat like!!?,!
Until I realised its covered the thing in grooves so I've had to file them smooth again by hand!

Cheers bud, but what colour the wheels????
They are 112s!!!

In my opinion, silver like original is the only colour to go. White on 5x112 wheels always looks like a botched resto to me. That being said its your bus.

Yeah I think you could be right!
I done me last ones white, just looks a bit dated, like a 90's trick???

I'd like gloss black no hubcaps or owt, but might look like its got no wheels on at all??
Might need a bit of chrome, hubcaps and Beaty rings, cos it is deluxe!!!??
:? :? :? :? :?
