Myhermes and yodel are a joke, amateur underpaid local part time couriers.
Sent over 800 small parcels with royal mail this year only lost one.
Use UPS or DHL for courier stuff.

It's at the point where if I know a online shop uses hermes or yodel I look elsewhere.
