Got my power steering pump and rack mounted to the sub frame tonight

Possibly a question that has allready been asked, but how are you going to connect the steering to the rack?

is that electric power steering?

Yes its an electric pump that gives a constant fluid pressure to the rack

what i should ahve done is give you my project and you could have practised on that first. i wouldnt hae charged you

Very nice, will you have to change the steering columb, or mod it at all? and please dont say you will be fitting a t25 columb and switches!

I do like some standard parts on my bus and the simplicity of the columb and switches is one of them,
Where possible i want it to look as factory as poss ay a quick glance
I will be making mods to the end of the columb that goes through the floor to keep the rest looking nice and clean.

That sounds like a good idea, nothing worse than lots of ugly plastic where a nice simple switch used to be.

Not much been going on lately due to the begining of the F1 season,
Work gets mad for a couple of weeks at this time of year, :shock:

We look after the paint work on some of the big race teams support vehicles,
I've also had to paint the wings on my dads car ready for Bristol classic car show this w/end,

Have got shocks on subframe but thats it

Hopefully I'll be cracking on with things next week.
