New Carbs

Evening all.
Possibly/Maybe thinking about putting a new carb on my bay at the end of this year as the one thats on there is being a problem to adjust.
The readings on the machine at work are indicating that its running a bit lean and it wont adjust up.
My van is a 1970 with a standard 1600 sp motor.
Are these Bocar etc, etc carbs any good?
Im after a carb thats easy to adjust and gives trouble free motoring.
Anything out there like that?

Haven't had a bocar but I have had a Brosol and Euromax as sold by C&C. Both poo

Genuine always better in my opinion

Have you looked what jets you are running?

Send it off to get refurbed. Costs about the same as a new one. A few places do it. Just got my solex back from Pete at Cogbox - looks great.
