No electric

A few times over the weekend I have lost full electrics

I turn the key to the first click and everything lights up

Then try to start the camper and all the lights in the instrument panel go out

After a few moments the lights come back on and she starts

What could the problem be?

Most likely is corroded battery terminals. After that, the other ends of the battery cables - earth to the chassis and live to starter connections.

If you then still have the problem, check the fuses. They can corrode and then work intermittently.

Most likely culprit is the main connection at the starter.
