Original Heat Exchangers

I've just pulled the heat exchangers off my bus and they are the original type ( 8 internal fins), the j tubes appear to be in great nick, its just the outer casing which has a few rust holes in them - Is it worth the hassle to try and replace the just outers to retain the extra fins again, or should I just bang on some reproductions, anyone out there who has had a go, your input would be greatly appreciated.

Most definitely keep and fix the o.g ones, the repros are no match for them at all heat wise.
