We are after tips and advice on places to visit on our first major camping trip.

We have the two weeks leading up to easter off work and we are planning on going a trip around scotland from the Saturday to the Easter mon.
Our rough idea of a route is linked here:Our Route
It is still a working progress we have only really decided the route to Stirling.

We are wondering if anyone has places of interest they recommend and especially if anyone has any good campsites they can suggest. We are looking to do pretty much anything. Hopefully see some beautiful scenery, visit some castles and distilleries, walk round lochs and generally see as much as scotland has to offer.

Also as this is a long trip (for us) is there any thing special we should be taking? Or any tips for surviving especially in the cold with bay heaters

I'd recommend the 'Falls of Dochart' at Killin in Scotland -well worth a visit.

We've been up there lots -will have a think about other places :D

Yep, we'll definitely take a camera for lots of pictures!

Thanks for that tip, we were going to go near there, so will be able to go and see that waterfall, it's just the type of thing we're hoping for!
