Hi all
I am in the middle of replacing the previous owner's recaro seats with decent original seats. I have managed to get some brackets sent to me from a scrap bus, but I don't know exactly where they need to be positioned. I would really like a pic ot two and maybe a couple of measurements of where they should go. There are no other vans up here that still have their original brackets for me to check over, so if someone could help me out with this I would be stoked.
Thanks, Nick

I measured this before I cut the rotten seat base out, 425mm from bulkhead and 175mm from where the seat base joins the wheel arch.
Don't take this for gospel though...

Thanks for that! Just a couple of things: the bracket to the top of the pic, I am assuming that is for a jack? The bits I have been sent include one of those, the screw on hasp for the bulkhead, but two of the other brackets. These brackets have two positions rather than one. Should I just weld one of these in in that position? Did slightly later bays ever use two of these brackets?
Thanks, Nick

Hi if you look on the right hand side "sat in the seat " there should be two threaded holes on the van where the other bracket fits "bolts".
some have two slots/holes so you can adjust the seat :D
