1971 5 Speed Porsche 911 Tranny with a big 2007 CC engine, dual carbs, 90.5 mm piston 70mm crank
sway bar, really moves well, a lot faster than the early bays I'm use to driving! has a slight pull to the right when braking.
All electrical seems to be working, hazards, turn signals, wipers, horn. Dash will clean up well, nice front seat covers.
Original color is white, looks to have been repainted red on the exterior only, 5 plus years ago??
Very straight van but is showing misc. areas of small rust/paint bubbling on lower exterior edges. Floors and underneath are all solid though, paint still has shine, could use a little polish, see photobucket link for more detail. Nice windshield area, nice roof lines, rockers are straight, the van itself is really straight as can be seen in the pics. Some bondo cracks on nose. Exterior Rubber seals look like they were all replaced when repainted. I have 2 extra camper jalousie windows and front part of a westy Z bed to include in the sale. Interior is partial camper w/ Westy wall cabinet and other type Z bed and jumpseat. Part headliner and part wood painted ceiling panels. Nice bumpers, this van has a lot of potential.
Mechanically, this van has power and cruises. Ready for restoration or just drive it as is.
Clean Title. I can send any other specific pics if wanted. I CAN ALSO SELL AN EARLY BAY WESTY ICEBOX, JUMPSEAT to make this a cool camper.
