petrol tank breather hoses.

I've taken my tank out to change to clean the inside and to replace the filler neck hose. the breather hoses are also perished (disapointing - only 46 years old), and the steel pipes they fit onto measure up at 11mm. So, what seems like a straightforward search for something like a 10.2mm hose that's enthanol resistant is turning into a real challenge......

what have people used, and where did you get it?
