Pop top fabric

Had our first weekend away in our van since he returned from a full strip and respray. Although he looks great and the pop top fabric it I good condition with no holes in it, it wasn't the most water proof fabric on earth and we had a lot of water on the inside seeping through.

Has anyone re water proofed there pop top and if so what did you use?

Thinking of using some stuff called fabsil

I use paint on Fabsil, works well for me.
