Hi,

I understand (from this forum) that 944 brakes are a bolt-on (provided you have the caliper mounting bracket too) if you have the wide-5 drum/spindles.

But, is there a similar bolt-on for 71 disc brake buses?

Cheers,

Mike

What about 914 brakes on the rear? Has this been done?

I also heard that some BMW and Merc set ups will work, but nobody seems to want to divulge more info.

It was always my understanding that you would need a shim too - I'll try to dig out some info for you...

;)
