hey up
been pondering getting a bus bra for some time, it's too late now, as mine has some BAD chips (still wish i could meet the bmw driver who nearly missed his exit on the M1, cut me up, shot across the hatchings kicking up a huge stone into my newly painted front panel chipping a toenail sized ship in it  )

but eventually, i will get it all sorted again and get a bra for protection

i don't think vunderbra do prints, and the vinyl bus accessories company that go to all the shows (from the west midlands) had problems with their printers a few year back and are no use (the did gadgets mooneyes bra)

does anyone else know anywhere i could get one printed and made?

this is what i'm thinking of doing...

I remember a few years back a guy had a printed one on a split, it was the van itself taking part in the start of Le Mans.

I have no other comments to make though. :)

Lots of companies will print to what ever material you want but its normally off the roll so you might need to get the image printed first onto vinyl or similar and then get a trimmer to make it up into a Bra.

We tend to use the big boys for printing things like this for events etc but you could give them a call and see what they say, companies we have used in the past are SP Group in Redditch and a company called Monster Graphics but I can't seem to find them anymore. You need to look for large format banner printing ideally from a small company.

Just had a quick search under banner printing and came up with these people, not used them myself but may be worth a call http://www.plasticbanners.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

All companies will expect you to provide the artwork scaled to size,

Hope this helps?

yeah seen that one, it was cool

i'll take negative comments as well u know ;) just cant decide whether the colouring ruins the lines of the van or not...

cheers graham :)

Why printed? Couldn't you make it up like a collage with vinyl.Print the picture "Bear" as a banner to scale, most home printers have this function "look in advanced settings".trace onto vinyl and cut out shapes spray glue the backs and build design/Bear up.Take this to a car trimmers and let them sew it on to the bra.You only want five colours of vinyl material at half a metre.its about £8 a metre £20 and you've cracked it. Just an idea Ive pondered over before ;)

Some one out there does prints "Dont know who"
heres a "Sspppppit" with one

mate, your van looks beautiful, but that cover looks naff. makes me think of those t-shirts you get with wolves in full moon or wizards and stuff. or something steven segal would have embroided on a suede jacket.

myself i think a plain cover would look very classy on your van. less is more.

.....I think specsavers may be able to help you with this ;)
