RAGTOP OR POPTOP???

Me and the missus have been wanderin weather to change our pop top for a paris beetles style sunroof.Does anyone have good/bad experiences with these and dya reckon i'm wise to lose the pop top.

If you remove the pop up you will also have to deal with the hinge holes, plus several holes that hold the canvas to the roof, plus if you have a luggage rack there will be more holes.

My westy was a pop up but the top was busted and the wood rotted so I had no choice. Have a piece of sheet metal covering the hole till I can get a rag top.
If you can collect all the parts you need before changing I think you would like the rag top better. I enjoyed driving around with the top open. :wink:
