Evening team. Just a quick one about refitting original seats. Can anyone describe how the drivers and Passanger seats are fitted in place. I have two brackets (I think for the Passanger and two ridged runners I think for the drivers. Just not sure how to put it all together.

At the minuet there are two ford seats in on metal flats that span across the width of the seating unit.

Any pics or ideas would be fantastic!!

Thanks.

Alex

The passenger seat simply sits in to the two brackets that are fitted on the bus and the seat back hooks in to a bracket that is on the bulkhead.

The drivers seat slides in to runners that are part of the toothed brackets on the bus. I'm assuming they are there?
Then under the seat you'll have a handle that will lock a toothed mechanism in to the runners once you have the desired seat position.

Thank you. I guess the Passanger bracket locates on the rear of the seat on the two small bars?

Yes. Fold the seat, insert the bottom of the seat in the brackets first then keep the seat folded until you secure two bars on the back into the upper brackets, release the bottom of the seat. Give the back a good tug towards the front of the bus and hope all is secure.
