are all the early rear bumpers the same i have just come to fit one on my 69 and i think the one i have came of a pickup and the bolt holes on the bumper are to wide for the bumper iorns did they change over the years.

I've got a '72 on mine at the moment too.It's in good condition, so until I find a decent early one ,I've fitted it on.All I had to do was fit the small bracket to the larger bracket by spacing it out about an inch further out and fit it on,it was fine.It depends if you've got the one piece rear bumper mounts or the two piece.I've you've got the one piece mounts you'll have to find the correct bumper or weld up the holes and redrill and shape the new holes.
