releasing fluid

hi everyone does any body have any preference on any peticular releasing fluid i need to buy some i have been told wd-40 is best any other sugestions thanks

WD40 is rubbish as a release fluid, but a good waterproofer. PlusGas is the best - I've used it for 40 years and never found anything better.
