Went to remove my headlights today i want to fit Halogen bulbs. 3 screws one comes straight out the others just turn. last time i did this was 3 years ago so the memory not being what it was i have forgotten, can someone please remind me. mine seem to not want to come out. Nearly scratched my paint.

Also which Halogen are best for my van

Aren't the other two just the adjustment screws? Or do you have the separate ring and headlight assembly? If the ring comes off first (one screw) then there should be three screws that hold the headlight plus two adjustment screws.

Are you planning on keeping your old headlamps and just switch to Halogen bulbs? If so, I can't comment on good ones. Regular H4 won't fit You would need bulbs with Bilux base but Halogen filament. If you plan on swapping the entire headlights to those that hold H4 lamps then I strongly recommend you buy Hella. Stay far away from the cheap reproduction stuff.

I’ve found that if you find something to hook into the inside hole, rather than lever it out and risk damaging the paint, give it a sharp tug and it will release the light from the inner lip.
