Hi, I need to clean the glass on the dash instruments but the heater slider tops are in the way of me getting that section off (I undid the 4 screws). Look like the tops don't pull off so how is it done ?
Cheers

You have to remove the arms themselves. It's been a while since I've done mine but from memory they're held in place by plastic bungs. The easiest way to remove them is with a small socket (4.5 or 5mm I think) which will compress the bungs enough so that they can then be removed. The arms should just then pull off. It's a bit tight on space so you may wish to go in via the radio hole.
