Are you just after the card? Or actually ones that are covered? totally trimmed supply just the bare cards for example.

Hi John.

I would like to make my own but what type and thickness of board do you use, where is the best place to get it and how to you 'finish' the boards (paint or is there some sort of 'sticky back plastic' that you can get.

I also made my own, I got some thin board fro B&Q, used an old kick board as template, jig sawed out, filed edges smooth with file, sprayed with black spray paint then laquered back & front. Proper good job, well chuffed I was.

Cheers for the offer, very kind but I have the og ones that I can use. Just didn't know how people generally finish them as my og kickboards have a black plastic backing on them. Didn't know if people use something similar when making their own.

Got ours from Rackhams in Ipswich. Can't remember cost but good quality

I made my own as well Used hardboard pva the backs and then covered in the same fabric as i used on the door cards
