What's the best product to use to revive tarnished og deluxe trim guys please?

800 wet and dry then 1200 wet and dry then alot of elbow greese and autosol or light rubbing compound, id take it off so you dont scratch paint and whilst your there id replace the clips as there quite cheap then you can clean all the crud from behind the trim. very satisfying when done :D

fair play for this tip 8) had a go on a bit of damaged trim and it came up a treat (mirror finish) like you say a lot of elbow grease and not a 5 minute job but what a great result.

If you have a bench grinder you could fit a polishing mop to it and polish your trim much more quickly and usually with a better finish.

Can anyone give me advice on the best way to remove the trim without damaging it and also scratching the paint?

Plastic or wood spatula and patience.

I used a filler knife from B&Q with some masking tape wrapped around it to protect the paint work.
