Hi guys and gals,
I've just created my JustGiving page for the 10K I am running for CNCF in less than a month :shock:
Christina Noble Children's Foundation is a charity that is dedicated to helping the world's oppressed and marginalised children. The foundation has a strong focus on those kids in need in Mongolia and Vietnam.
Whilst I used to run "for fun" :lol: a few years ago I never entered a competitive run. After all my problems last year I have been making good steps to get back to my former health and when my new work asked if I wanted to run in Leeds 10K I foolishly signed up...
I am aiming, rather [over]ambitiously, to complete the thing in less than an hour... I will most likely revise that figure when I go for my first serious distance run tomorrow evening :lol:
If you fancy chipping in a couple of quid for a good cause then I, and CNCF, would be most grateful
