Watched it tonight, awesome film, plus a VW bay ambulance makes an appearance too, aswell as a Brasilia on alloys.

I 'think' Retrosteve from Eastfalia supplied a Porsche for it too

Steve and my mate Simon share a yard,

between them they supplied almost ten vehicles, from Yanks, to Porsche to the 412 (brasilia)

I went with Simon to see the movie he drove us there in his mustang, the only two he recognised where the two mentioned!

It's well worth it, James Hunt's mini is a later model retro-fitted with early kit though...only thing I can fault it on. Full on edge of your seat stuff from start to finish.

I was also there for a day when they were filming this......they wanted my Cougar for the US Grand Prix........was filmed behind a helicopter as it landed in a carpark and Hunt got out......some dude sat in my car but it might have been edited out. Even so, what an experience to watch the filming etc........awesome props......£15 million worth of cars on location........pit area.........start finish line.....loved it!! Cant wait to see it this week :D

No worries Al - it may have been edited out, you know what its like......so much film taken but half is chucked out.........was a real experience to be there for the day and looking forward to watching it tomoz :D
