Awesome event this. I worked on the tour a couple of years ago. Got so much respect for these surfers, the water in Scotland was stupidly cold and these guys sit in the water for ages waiting for waves, bonkers. The Santa Cruz leg is the warmest!

Wilko should have won it, taj second wave was never a 5.9 and if that was then wilkos second was a 5 as well.

second event in a row winner was the wrong guy.

pretty good event but not a world class wave but good to see some different guys in the later rounds
