Saris Bones Bike rack

Hi,

Has anyone got any pics of this bike rack fitted on the back of a bay? Reading through the instructions is says this should sit on the bumper - I am wondering how others have set theirs up.

I haven;t got a pic but I can tell you how it fits and it doesn't fit on the bumper. To be honest I didn't read the instructions so never even considered it.

I attach mine on the gutter at the top, bottom of the rear door and in the air vents at the sides.

This has been used to hold 2 adults bikes and a kids bike without any trouble at all.

Sorry should have added the bike rack sits on the rear door, top arms just under the gutter, the bottom arms at the bottom of the boot door.

Thanks for that - that is exactly how I was planning on using it. I don't normally read instructions :lol: but I did in this case and it does state -

Just got to hope this cold weather clears off in time for Easter!!
