scat rocker set up. is this normal?

ive just bought some new scat rockers for my new engine, these are the 1.25 with the half ball at the ends which sit on the valve

problem i have is that one of two of the rockers dont sit central to the valve, they are slightly offset. is this normal, ive bought smaller shims and the they are still offset

They are not supposed to be central on the valve, then when the valve is opened it is turned slightly and so wears evenly in the guide and seat.

Does anyone know where there are some instructions or a YouTube clip so I can set them up correctly or as best as they can be, I can't seem to find anything.
