....That aint for no altitude compensator.....

And it's a 3.5 mm port? The 3.5 mm port on the 701AA is most definitely for an altitude compensator. I have seen two aftermarket intake manifolds with a 3.5 vacuum port on the left arm and both were used for hook-up to the altitude compensator.

If not for an altitude compensator, what does your vacuum port service?

Look again its not a 3.5mm port....

On looking again at the CIP1 it does indeed have a 3.5mm, this ones gotta be 10mm/12mm I'll get the micrometer on it tomorrow, but its the same size as that on my TP manifold feeding the servo in the bus

How desperate are you for the manifold? My bus has a single port manifold with vacuum pipe for servo (Just below carb mount).
I'm gonna be fitting twin carbs very soon, so you can have that when they're fitted...

I'm not masssivley desperate, keep me informed, i may not have sorted any thing by the time you have fitted the twin carbs.

Lets here a bit more about your twin carbs, are you buying them new??

Thanks

Mark

It's a set of 34ICT's i've had for ages, so thought i'd give them a try. Really I want DRLA's, but i've got more important things to spend my money on at the mo... So my missus says anyway!! If a pair came up tho i'd defo be tempted!!
