Anyone know where I can get a servo reconditioned, mines an early one that you cant buy new . I bought a s/h one a couple months ago and thats gone now , cost me £100

Got an approx quote £250 + £12 postage +vat , nearly had a heart attack, theres got to be a cheaper way , will keep looking I think.

What year is your servo?

I have one from my 69, it was working when I took it off. I had to change it because I have put discs on.

You can have that for the cost of P + P.

Or you could try a 70> non servo master cylinder, I can't see why it wouldn't work. Only £30 form GSF. And fit straight on.

If you are woried about the residule presure you can swap the valves over from the old servo on to the new servo.

Sorry if that is a bit vague, or if your bus is earlier.

Feel free to ask me any questions...

Thanks very much for the offer , but after flaffing about for ages , I found out that the one fitted to mine isnt anything unusual and that Heritage do them . Ive placed an order for a new one and a new master cylinder , hopefully that will be the end of my prob`s. :)
