After removing fuses 1 by 1 these are the findings:
1 no change
2 no change
3 no change
4 no change
5 no change
6 no change
7 no change but engine doesn’t keep running, dies when no throttle
8 no hazards and radio
9 everything stops apart from rear interior strip light
10 no wipers
11 no ignition
12 no change

Any help grateful received! It seems putting a 25 amp fuse in 9 keeps going ok.

Don't run a 25A fuse on any circuit, the circuit cables are only rated for either 8A or 16A.

That’s what I thought but there is already one to that and light works ok. This wire is a bit more green than blue. Lol

It’s frustrating as it’s all been fine up until the other week! Around the fuse box, where should the ignition feed usually go?

Will add a pic of the loose striped wire too. 🧐
It depends on which fuse box you have? as it is a 12 row fusebox there are pre 71 and post 71 versions

When looking at manuals I’m never sure wether to look at early or late diagrams being a crossover. How can you tell?

Crossover should be post 71 with the relays under the fusebox. Pre 71 had them mounted separately under the dash.
