I am trying to get the runner wheel off, I have undone the nut, but now what ? I have gently tried to level it off, any tips?
What else would you change on the runner parts, I have got the nylon block for the middle runner, but what about the top and bottom runner's. I notice the spares for the bottom runner are 76 onwards on my van is 1973 with the lock in the handle, what are the differences?
I take it the top and bottom runner on the van should be really smooth, is that right?
