Anyone on here changed the nylon block on the sliding
door runner?mine's buggerd and needs replacing.
Looking for advice and tips on how to change it.

Lift the rear of the door off. (you may need to remove the sliding door track cover, my van doesn't have one...)
I then rested the rear of my door on a jack.

Remove the old block (it is screwed in place)

Fit the new one with a screw. It is lucky I bought a new screw as the old one was rusted on.

Refit the rear of the door.

Easy

On my one I removed the plastic block turned it upside down and cut a new groove in it.Tight wad I know

replaced nine, but my door fell off which made it easier, then i snapped a new one, when i realized that the u shape was bent :(

I had to cut my old one in half to get it off :?

Nice solution though
