Sliding door rattle

Does anyone else's sliding door rattle? It's the top roller that has quite a bit of movement in it (side to side) Is mine worn with a good few mm either side or Should it be snug fit?
I am thinking it's the door seal that need replacing to cushion it and stop it rattle but don't want to fork out £60 to find it the top roller. Cheers Ross.

Mine rattles from side to side a few mm when it's open but when it's shut it's as tight as a mouse's ear. I have new seals though.

I don't know if you can see on yours, but on mine there is quite a lot of adjustment on the top roller.
You can move it laterally, left and right as well as up and down on the bracket that is attached to the door. There's also adjustment on the pin that the roller is on if I remember right that lets you adjust how much the top of the door pulls in or out.
